Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Plain flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 2 number egg whites
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • ½ tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 drops Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp LaStevia speciality cake sweetener
  • 1 number Microwave Safe Bowl

Instructions

  • Beat egg white, vanilla extract and natural LaStevia speciality cake sweetener and keep aside.
  • Add in the flour, coca and milk with the above and mix well.
  • Transfer the contents into a large microsafe mug and microwave it for 5 minutes.
  • If the wattage of the microwave is more, then keep only for 3 minutes and check for non sticky consistency.
