Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 2 number egg whites
- 3 tbsp Milk
- ½ tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 drops Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp LaStevia speciality cake sweetener
- 1 number Microwave Safe Bowl
Instructions
- Beat egg white, vanilla extract and natural LaStevia speciality cake sweetener and keep aside.
- Add in the flour, coca and milk with the above and mix well.
- Transfer the contents into a large microsafe mug and microwave it for 5 minutes.
- If the wattage of the microwave is more, then keep only for 3 minutes and check for non sticky consistency.
